ျပည္ေထာင္စုဝန္ႀကီး ဦးေသာင္း ထြန္း ဦးေဆာင္သည့္အဖြဲ႕အား ရခိုင္ ျပည္နယ္ဝန္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ ဦးညီပု၊ ျပည္ နယ္ ဝန္ႀကီးမ်ားႏွင့္ တာဝန္ရွိသူမ်ားက စစ္ေတြေလဆိပ္၌ ႀကိဳဆိုႏႈတ္ဆက္ ၾကသည္။

ႀကိဳတင္စီမံ

စစ္ေတြေလဆိပ္ ဧည့္ခန္းမတြင္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုဝန္ႀကီး ဦးေသာင္းထြန္းက အိမ္နီးခ်င္းႏိုင္ငံသံ႐ုံးမ်ားမွ သံတ မန္ မ်ားႏွင့္ ကုလသမဂၢေဒသဆိုင္ရာ ကိုယ္စား လွယ္႐ုံး ယာယီတာဝန္ခံတို႔အား ရခိုင္ ျပည္နယ္အတြင္းမွ ေနရပ္စြန္႔ခြာသြား သူမ်ားအား ျပန္လည္စိစစ္လက္ခံေရး ႏွင့္ ျပန္လည္ေနရာ ခ်ထားေရးအတြက္ ႏွစ္ႏိုင္ငံ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္မ်ားႏွင့္အညီ ညိႇႏႈိင္းေဆာင္ ရြက္ေနမႈ အေျခအေနမ်ား ျဖစ္သည့္ ျပန္လည္စိစစ္လက္ ခံျခင္း လုပ္ငန္း မ်ားေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္ အဆင္သင့္ ျဖစ္ေနမႈ၊ ျပန္လည္ ဝင္ေရာက္လာမည့္ သူမ်ားအား စနစ္ တက်မွတ္တမ္းတင္၍NVCကတ္မ်ားထုတ္ေပးရန္ ေဆာင္ ရြက္ထားရွိမႈ၊ ယာယီတည္းခိုေနထိုင္ေရး၊ လုံၿခံဳေရး၊ စားေသာက္ေရး၊ က်န္းမာေရး၊ ျပန္လည္ေနရာခ်ထားေရးႏွင့္ ျပန္လည္ထူေထာင္ေရး ဆိုင္ရာမ်ား အတြက္ ႏိုင္ငံ ေတာ္အစိုးရႏွင့္ ျပည္နယ္အစိုးရတို႔မွ ႀကိဳတင္စီမံေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးထားမႈအေျခ အေနမ်ားကို ရွင္းလင္းေျပာၾကားသည္။

ထို႔ေနာက္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုဝန္ႀကီး ဦးေသာင္းထြန္း ဦးေဆာင္ေသာ အဖြဲ႕ သည္ လွဖိုးေခါင္ ၾကားစခန္းအတြင္း စိစစ္ လက္ခံၿပီးသူမ်ား ေခတၱေနထိုင္ႏိုင္ေရး အတြက္ အေဆာက္အအံုမ်ား ေဆာက္ လုပ္ၿပီးစီးမႈ၊ ေဆာက္ လုပ္ေနမႈ၊ ေသာက္ သုံးေရႏွင့္ လွ်ပ္စစ္မီးရရွိေရးေဆာင္ရြက္ ေပးထားမႈအေျခအေနမ်ားကို လွည့္လည္ ၾကည့္ ႐ႈၾကသည္။

က်န္းမာေရးေစာင့္ေရွာက္မႈေပး

လွဖိုးေခါင္ ၾကားစခန္းသည္ ဧရိယာ အက်ယ္အဝန္း ၁၂၄ ဒသမ ၈၄ ဧကရွိ၍ အေဆာက္အအံုေပါင္း ၆၄ဝ ပါဝင္ၿပီး လူဦးေရ ၃ဝဝဝဝ ေက်ာ္ကို လက္ခံႏိုင္မည္ ျဖစ္သည္။ ထို႔ျပင္ စခန္း၌ ျပန္လည္ လက္ခံမည့္သူမ်ား တည္းခိုေနထိုင္ေရး၊ စားေသာက္ေရး၊ ေသာက္သုံးေရႏွင့္ လွ်ပ္စစ္မီးရရွိေရး၊ က်န္းမာေရးေစာင့္ ေရွာက္ မႈေပးႏိုင္ေရးတို႔အတြက္ ႀကိဳတင္ စီမံထား ရွိေၾကာင္း၊ လိုအပ္လာပါက အေရးေပၚ ျဖည့္ဆည္းေပးႏိုင္ရန္ UEHRD၏ အစီအစဥ္ျဖင့္ ရြက္ဖ်င္တဲ ၅ဝဝ ေက်ာ္ကိုလည္း အရန္အစီအစဥ္ အေနျဖင့္ ႀကိဳတင္စီမံ ထားရွိ ေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။

ငါးခူရ ယာယီလက္ခံေရးစခန္းေရာက္

ဆက္လက္၍ ေရေၾကာင္းမွ ဝင္ေရာက္လာသူမ်ားအား လက္ခံေရး စခန္းအျဖစ္ ဖြင့္လွစ္ထားသည့္ ငါးခူရ ယာယီလက္ခံေရးစခန္းသို႔ ေရာက္ရွိၿပီး ျပန္လည္ဝင္ေရာက္လာသူမ်ားကို စိစစ္ ရန္ လူဝင္မႈႀကီးၾကပ္ေရးမွ မွတ္တမ္းတင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္မည့္ အေျခအေန၊NVC ကတ္ထုတ္ေပးေရး ေဆာင္ရြက္မည့္ အေျခအေန၊ က်န္း  မာေရးဌာနမွ ယာယီ ေဆးခန္းမ်ားဖြင့္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေနမႈ အေျခအေန၊ ျပည္တြင္းျပည္ပ ဆက္ဆံ ေရး႐ုံးမ်ား ဖြင့္လွစ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ထားမႈ အေျခအေနမ်ားကို လွည့္လည္ၾကည့္႐ႈ ေလ့လာၾကသည္။

ျပည္ေထာင္စုဝန္ႀကီး ဦးေသာင္း ထြန္း ဦးေဆာင္သည့္အဖြဲ႕သည္ ငါးခူရ စခန္းမွ ေတာင္ၿပိဳလက္ဝဲၿမိဳ႕သို႔ ရဟတ္ ယာဥ္မ်ားျဖင့္ ေရာက္ရွိၿပီး ကုန္းလမ္းမွ ဝင္ေရာက္လာသူမ်ားအား ျပန္လည္ လက္ခံေရးစခန္းတစ္ခု ျဖစ္သည့္ ေတာင္ၿပိဳလက္ဝဲ ယာယီလက္ခံေရး စခန္းဖြင့္လွစ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ ထားရွိမႈ အေျခ အေနမ်ားကို ၾကည့္႐ႈ ေလ့လာၾက သည္။

ေနရပ္စြန္႔ခြာသူမ်ား ေတြ႕ဆံု

ထို႔ေနာက္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုဝန္ႀကီး ဦးေဆာင္သည့္အဖြဲ႕သည္ ႏွစ္ႏိုင္ငံ နယ္စပ္မ်ဥ္း(ZERO LINE) တြင္ ယာ ယီေနထိုင္လ်က္ရွိသည့္ ေနရပ္စြန္႔ခြာ သူမ်ားအား သြားေရာက္ေတြ႕ဆုံ၍ ေနရပ္ စြန္႔ခြာသူမ်ားအား ျပန္လည္ စိစစ္လက္ခံ ေရးအတြက္ ႏွစ္ႏိုင္ငံ သေဘာတူေဆာင္ ရြက္ေနမႈမ်ားႏွင့္ ဆက္လက္ေဆာင္ရြက္ မည့္ လုပ္ ငန္း စဥ္မ်ားကို ရွင္းလင္း ေျပာၾကားၿပီး သိလိုသည္မ်ားကိုေမးျမန္း ကာ ႏွစ္ႏိုင္ငံခ်စ္ၾကည္ေရး တံ တား ကို သြားေရာက္ၾကည့္႐ႈေလ့လာၾကသည္။

ညေနပိုင္းတြင္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုဝန္ႀကီး ႏွင့္အဖြဲ႕သည္ စစ္ေတြၿမိဳ႕မွတစ္ဆင့္ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕သို႔ ေလေၾကာင္း ခရီးျဖင့္  ျပန္လည္ေရာက္ရွိၾကသည္။

Union Minister and diplomats witness repatriation readiness

A Delegation of diplomats led by Union Minister U Thaung Tun observed repatriation readiness as part of a trip to share accurate information to international communities.

Union Minister for the Office of the Union Government U Thaung Tun, diplomats from embassies of Myanmar’s neighbouring countries, the UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator and journalists yesterday toured Maungtaw to witness the preparations for repatriation.

One of the trip’s primary aims is disseminating accurate information to international communities on the government’s efforts for repatriation.

At Sittway Airport, Union Minister U Thaung Tun briefed the delegation on preparations made by the Union Government and the Rakhine State Government for repatriation, including issuing National Verification Cards, providing temporary shelter, security, food, health care, help in resettlement and rehabilitation for returnees.

Rakhine State Chief Minister U Nyi Pu invited cooperation from the diplomats and the UN official in sharing accurate information on Rakhine State to international communities after they witnessed the genuine situation in the state.

He also urged them to cooperate with the authorities as Myanmar is ready to launch the repatriation and resettlement of returnees in accordance with the agreement with Bangladesh.

Following the briefing, the delegation flew by helicopter to Hla Pho Khaung camp, a transit camp for the returnees in Maungtaw. At Hla Pho Khaung camp, Maungtaw District Deputy Commissioner U Ye Htut and officials were briefed on preparations for providing shelter, security, food, water and electricity to returnees.

Following the meeting, the delegation led by U Thaung Tun toured the camp.
Hla Pho Khaung camp is established on 124.84 acres with 640 buildings and can accommodate more than 30,000 people. The camp is ready to provide accommodation, food, drinking water, electricity and health care to returnees.

Under the arrangement of the Union Enterprise for Humanitarian Assistance, Resettlement and Development in Rakhine State (UEHRD), more than 500 tents are in reserve ready to be distributed to returnees whenever necessary.
Afterwards, the delegation went to Nga Khu Ya and the reception camp, which will be used for accepting those who returned by waterway, and viewed readiness for scrutinising, issuing NV cards, health care services, internal and external liaison offices.

Afterwards, they flew to Taung Pyo Letwe reception camp and toured the facilities that will welcome those who return by road.

The delegation led by Union Minister U Thaung Tun also met with local residents who left their homes and are staying temporarily at the zero line at the border.

They briefed the residents about the government’s repatriation process under the bilateral agreement between Myanmar and Bangladesh.

The delegation also visited Kanyinchaung Economic Zone, where U Aung Myint Than, Chairman of Border Trade and Merchants’ Association, briefed them on current trading activities and objectives of the zone.

The delegation arrived back in Yangon in the evening.

The delegation comprised of Chinese Ambassador Mr. Hong Liang, Ambassador of India Mr. Vikram Misri, Ambassador of Singapore Ms. Vanessa Chan, the UN Resident Coordinator Mr. Knut Ostby, chargé d’affaires of the Thai and Bangladesh embassies, and journalists from Xinhua and NHK.

Myanmar was ready to launch the repatriation of returnees from Bangladesh as of 23 January with two camps and one transit camp established.
