၉။ ကုလသမဂ္ဂအထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်၏ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ အထူးကိုယ်စားလှယ်၏ မြန် မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ကုလသမဂ္ဂတို့အကြား ဆက်လက်လက်တွဲ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရေး ကမ်းလှမ်းပြောကြားမှု-
၄။ နိုင်ငံတော်စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကောင်စီဥက္ကဋ္ဌ နိုင်ငံတော်ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်၏ ပြန်လည် ပြောကြေားဆွေး နွေးမှု-

အဆွေတော်အနေဖြင့် လက်ရှိအချိန်တွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၌ စိုက်ပျိုးရေးကဏ္ဍကို အဓိကအခြေခံလျက် နိုင်ငံ၏ စီးပွားရေးကို ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်အောင်လုပ်ဆောင်မည်ဟု ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်ကို မိမိအနေဖြင့် မှတ်သားမိပါသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိသည့် စီးပွားရေးစနစ်ကို လက်ရှိအခြေအနေနှင့်အ ညီ ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည် ဟူသောအချက်ကိုလည်း မိမိအနေဖြင့် ကြိုဆိုလက်ခံပါသည်။ မိမိအနေ ဖြင့် စီးပွားရေး ဆိုင်ရာကျွမ်းကျင်ပညာရှင်တစ်ဦးကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ စီးပွားရေးအခြေအနေများ လေ့ လာနိုင်ရန် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် သဘာဝသယံ ဇာတ ပေါကြွယ်ဝသည့် နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သို့ရာတွင် အဆိုပါသယံဇာတများသည် မြေအောက်ထဲ၌သာ ရှိနေပြီး မြေပေါ်မှတစ်ဆင့် စီးပွားရေးအဖြစ် မည်ကဲ့သို့ အသုံးချဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မည့်နည်းလမ်းကို မြန် မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် လိုအပ်နေခြင်းဖြစ်သည်ဟု ၎င်းက မှတ်ချက်ပြုပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။

In the best-case scenario, Myanmar would be rich like the East and democratic like the West. 

 Global media coverage has not been easy on Myanmar. The refugee crisis in northwestern Rakhine sparked a firestorm of international criticism that has only been intensified by allegations of ethnic cleansing. A barrage of punitive actions followed, though most were targeted at the Tatmadaw, the Myanmar military, and have not yet resulted in drastic, direct impact on the population at large. Still, serious contemplation was given to imposing broader economic restrictions, in particular the withdrawal of general scheme of preferences benefits by the European Union (EU).
