■ ျမန္မာ့တပ္မေတာ္ဟာ မြတ္စလင္လူနည္းစုေတြအေပၚ လူမ်ိဳးတုံးသတ္ျဖတ္မႈအပါအဝင္၊ မုဒိမ္းမႈ၊ မီးရႈိ႕မႈေတြ မက်ဴးလြန္ခဲ့ေၾကာင္း ျငင္းဆိုခဲ့တဲ့ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ဟာ ICJ ႏိုင္ငံတကာတရား႐ုံးကို လိမ္လည္ ထြက္ ဆို ခဲ့တာလို႔ ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ရွ္ေရာက္ ႐ိုဟင္ဂ်ာဒုကၡသည္ေတြက စြပ္စြဲေျပာဆိုေၾကာင္း AP သတင္းက ေဖာ္ျပ ပါတယ္။

သူခိုးက ခိုးတယ္လို႔ ေျပာမွာမဟုတ္ေပမယ့္ ကမာၻႀကီးက သက္ေသျပပါလိမ့္မယ္။ သက္ေသအေထာက္အ ထားေတြ တပုံႀကီးရွိပါတယ္လို႔ ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ရွ္ႏိုင္ငံ ကုတုပါေလာင္ဒုကၡသည္စခန္းက ႐ိုဟင္ဂ်ာေခါင္းေဆာင္ ေတြက ေျပာပါတယ္။ ျမန္မာအစိုးရနဲ႔ စစ္တပ္ဟာ ႐ိုဟင္ဂ်ာေတြကို လူမ်ိဳးတုံးသတ္ျဖတ္မႈေတြ က်ဴးလြန္ခဲ့ၿပီး က်ဴးလြန္ေနဆဲျဖစ္တယ္လို႔လည္း ဆိုပါတယ္။

ဒီအတြင္း ICJ ၾကားနာပြဲကို တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့တဲ့ ကေနဒါအစိုးရရဲ႕ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံဆိုင္ရာအထူးကိုယ္စားလွယ္ Bob Rae က ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ရဲ႕ ႈICJ မွာ ထြက္ဆိုခ်က္ေတြဟာ လက္ေတြ႕အရွိတရားနဲ႔ လြဲေခ်ာ္ေနတယ္ လို႔ ေျပာလိုက္ ပါတယ္။

ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ကေတာ့ OIC အဖြဲ႕ဝင္ႏိုင္ငံမ်ားကိုယ္စားျပဳ ဂမ္ဘီယာႏိုင္ငံရဲ႕ စြပ္စြဲခ်က္ေတြဟာ မျပည့္စုံ ေၾကာင္း ထည့္သြင္းေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္။

Bangladesh, September, 2017: Rohingya refugees carry supplies along a muddy path after fleeing neighbouring Myanmar. Today, two years of humanitarian crisis have driven hundreds of thousands of Rohingya, a mostly Muslim ethnic minority, into teeming refugee camps.

Bob Rae is special envoy to Myanmar, senior counsel at OKT LLP, and teaches public policy and law at the University of Toronto. He was previously the premier of Ontario and a federal member of Parliament.

Canada offers role in helping Rohingya refugees
