Soldiers detained Aung San Suu Kyi and leaders of her National League for Democracy party that won a landslide election victory in November. 

World leaders have condemned the power grab as an assault on democracy. 

The army says it will organise new elections in a year. 

But can it be trusted? And is this the end of Myanmar's 10-year journey to democracy?
