မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနောက်ဖက်ခြမ်းမှာ AA ရခိုင်လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့နဲ့ မြန်မာအစိုးရတပ်တို့အကြား လေးလကြာ တိုက်ပွဲတွေကြောင့် စစ်ပြေးဒုက္ခသည် နှစ်သောင်းနီးပါး ရှိလာပြီလို့ ရခိုင်ဒေသ လွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စား လှယ် တွေက ပြောပါတယ် ။ ပုဏ္ဏားကျွန်း မြို့နယ်၊ ကျောက်တော်မြို့နယ် အစပ်ဒေသတွေမှာ မြန်မာအစိုးရရဲ့ လေကြောင်း တိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေကြောင့် အခု မတ်လ ၁၃ နဲ့ ၁၄ ရက်အတွင်းမှာကို ဒေသခံရွာသား နှစ်ထောင် ကျော် အိုးအိမ်စွန့်ခွာထွက်ပြေးခဲ့ကြရတယ်လို့ ဒေသခံတွေက ပြောပါတယ်။ ဗွီအိုအေ သတင်းထောက် ကိုနိုင်ကွန်းအိန် သတင်းပေးပို့ထားပါတယ်။

၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ်အတွင်းက ရခိုင်မြောက်ပိုင်းမှာဖြစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ချိုးဖောက်မှုတွေနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး သီးခြား လွတ် လပ်တဲ့စုံစမ်းမှုတွေအရ လုံခြုံရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့တွေက ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေ ကို ပစ်မှတ်ထားပြီး လူမျိုးစုလိုက်ရှင်း လင်းဖယ်ရှားမှုတွေ လုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ အထောက်အထားတွေ ထပ် ရရှိထားတယ်လို့ အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဌာနရဲ့ ဒီနှစ် နှစ်ပတ်လည်လူ့အခွင့်အရေးအစီရင်ခံစာမှာဖော်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် အစီရင်ခံစာဟာ မြန်မာအရပ် သားအစိုးရနဲ့ ကျူးလွန်သူလုံခြုံရေးအာဏာပိုင်တွေကို သီးခြားခွဲထုတ် ထားတဲ့သဘောတွေ့ရပြီး၊ Genocide ဆိုတဲ့ မျိုးတုံးသတ်ဖြတ်မှုစကားလုံးကိုတောင် သတိထား ရှောင်သုံးထားတာတွေ့ရတယ်လို့ မြန်မာ့လူ့အခွင့် အရေး ဦးဆောင်လှုပ်ရှားသူတဦးက ရှုမြင်ပါတယ်။ Equality Myanmar ညီမျှခြင်းမြန်မာရဲ့ အမှုဆောင်ညွန် ကြားရေးမှုး ဦးအောင်မျိုးမင်းကို ဗွီအိုအေ အဖွဲ့သား ကိုရန်နိုင် ဆက်သွယ်မေးမြန်းထားပါတယ်။

Shelters and flood defences have been built on Bhashan Char, which rose from the Bay of Bengal in 2006, for the 100,000 people expected to be moved there. Plans to relocate the nearly one million Rohingya who fled persecution in Burma have stalled several times. A UN expert has warned that the island may not withstand tidal surges caused by tornados, which have killed hundreds of thousands of Bangladeshis. (AFP)
