အဲဒီေၾကညာခ်က္အရ ရံုးတြင္းတရားေရးေဆာင္ရြက္မႈဆိုင္ရာ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္္ အခန္း ၁၁ ကို အသစ္ထည့္သြင္း ျပဌာန္းလိုက္တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အခန္း ၁၁ အရ တရားရံုးက ၾကားျဖတ္အေရးေပၚ စီမံေဆာင္ရြက္ဖို႔ ခ်မွတ္ထား တဲ့ ကိစၥရပ္တခုအတြက္ အဖြဲ႔ဝင္ ၃ ဦးပါတဲ့ သီးျခား အထူးကိစၥရပ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ေရးေကာ္မတီတရပ္ကိုထူေထာင္ ခြင့္ ေပးလိုက္တာျဖစ္ၿပီး ဒီခ်မွတ္ထားတဲ့ ၾကားျဖတ္အေရးေပၚ စီမံ ေဆာင္ရြက္ခ်က္အတြက္အေကာင္ ထည္ ေဖၚေရးကို ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ရာမွာ ဒီေကာ္မတီက ရံုးေတာ္ကို အကူအညီေပးရမွာပါ။

One hundred and four British parliamentarians from across parties have asked the UK government to formally engage at the International Court of Justice to prevent genocidal violence against the minority ethnic Rohingya people by the Myanmar government and the military by extending formal support to the case filed by the Gambia.

‘Ending impunity is essential not only to ensure justice and uphold international law, but also to deter further acts of genocide by the military and government in Myanmar,’ said the bipartisan parliamentarians in a joint memorandum to British secretary of state for foreign and commonwealth affairs Dominic Raab on Thursday.

International human rights organizations on Friday urged the UK to support the genocide case against Myanmar at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague.

“In September, the Netherlands and Canada said they were planning to make a formal intervention in the case. We now urge the British government to also throw its weight behind the case,” said the statement issued by the human rights groups including the European Rohingya Council and Free Rohingya Coalition.

The groups added that it was becoming clear that the Myanmar government has no intention to follow the provisional measures set out by the court.

ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်အတွက် လွတ်လပ်သောစုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးရေးကော်မရှင် (ICOE)ရဲ့ အစီရင်ခံစာပါ ဖြစ် စဉ် ၁၃ ခုနဲ့ ပတ်သက်လို့ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်ထဲမှာ ARSA နဲ့ အလိုတူပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်သူတွေ၊နယ်ခြားစောင့် ရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေနဲ့ ဒေသခံတိုင်းရင်းသားတွေ ကျူးလွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ အမှုပေါင်း ၁၃၉ မှု ရှိပြီး ၁၁၀ မှုကိုအရေး ယူထားတယ်လို့ ပြည်ထောင်စုရှေ့နေချုပ်ရုံးက နိုဝင်ဘာ ၂၃ ရက်နေ့မှာပဲ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားပါတယ်။

ICJ တရားရုံးက ကြားဖြတ်အစီအမံအမိန့်ချပြီးကတည်းက မြန်မာအနေနဲ့ ခွဲခြားနှိမ်ချမှုတွေရဲ့ အခြေ ခံအကြောင်းတရားတွေကိုဘာမှ အရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်တာမရှိသလို အပြစ်ကျူးလွန်သူတွေ ဒဏ် ခတ် မခံရတဲ့အတွက် ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေအပေါ် လူမျိုးတုံးသတ်ဖြတ်မှုအန္တရာယ်ဆက်ရှိနေတယ်လို့ ဂရန့်ရှူဘင်က ပြောပါတယ်။

ဂမ်ဘီယာနိုင်ငံက တရားစွဲထားတဲ့ ဒီအမှုနဲ့ ပတ်သက်လို့ မြန်မာအစိုးရအနေနဲ့လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ဖို့ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဇန်နဝါရီ ၂၃ ရက်နေ့မှာ ICJ တရားရုံးက ကြားဖြတ်အစီအမံ ၄ ချက် ချမှတ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Human rights lawyers and activists said on Monday (23) that Myanmar is continuing to commit genocide against Rohingya Muslims in breach of orders by the UN’s top court.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) in January rejected arguments made personally by Myanmar’s civilian leader Aung San Suu Kyi in The Hague and imposed urgent interim measures on the predominantly Buddhist nation.

Sejumlah pegiat hak asasi manusia menyebut pemerintah Myanmar tidak berhenti melakukan genosida atau pembersihan etnis Rohingya meski negara itu sudah digugat di Mahkamah Internasional (ICJ).

"Genosida masih berlangsung. Pemerintah dan militer Myanmar sudah memperhitungkan mereka tetap aman jika mengabaikan tindakan sementara dan tidak akan menghadapi konsekuensi apapun," kata Presiden Organisasi Burma Rohingya, Tun Khin, seperti dilansir AFP, Selasa (24/11).

Le gouvernement birman continue de persécuter la minorité musulmane rohingya malgré sa condamnation par la justice internationale, ont affirmé lundi des avocats et des défenseurs des droits humains.

Depuis 2017, quelque 740 000 Rohingyas ont fui les exactions de l'armée birmane et se sont réfugiés au Bangladesh voisin, où ils s'entassent dans d'immenses camps de fortune. Cette crise a conduit la Birmanie à se voir accusée de « génocide » devant la Cour internationale de justice (CIJ), plus haute instance judiciaire de l'ONU.

Myanmar is continuing to commit genocide against Rohingya Muslims in breach of orders by the UN’s top court, according to human rights lawyers and activists.

The international court of justice (ICJ) in January rejected arguments made personally by Myanmar’s civilian leader, Aung San Suu Kyi, in The Hague and imposed urgent interim measures on the predominantly Buddhist nation.

The ICJ ordered Myanmar to cease the commission of genocidal acts, prevent the destruction of evidence of crimes against the Rohingya and report back to the UN every six months.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) in January rejected arguments made personally by Myanmar's civilian leader Aung San Suu Kyi in The Hague and imposed urgent interim measures on the predominantly Buddhist nation.

On October 23, The Gambia filed a more than 500-page Memorial, which also includes more than 5000 pages of supporting material, in its lawsuit against Myanmar at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, making its case for how the Government of Myanmar is responsible for genocide against its own Rohingya population.

Bangladesh has requested Egypt to continue providing required support to The Gambia over the Rohingya issue at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) as a leading OIC member country.

Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen made the request when outgoing Ambassador of Egypt Walid Ahmed Shamseldin met him on Sunday.

The Gambia on Friday filed a more than 500-page Memorial, which also includes over 5,000 pages of supporting material, in its lawsuit against Myanmar at the ICJ in The Hague, making its case for how the government of Myanmar is responsible for genocide against Rohingya.
