ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်၊ ရသေ့တောင်မြို့နယ်နှင့် မောင်တောမြို့နယ်အစပ် မေယုတောင်ခြေ အနီး ယာယီစွဲထားသည့် တပ်စခန်းနှင့် နယ်ခြားစောင့်ရဲ တပ်စခန်းတို့ကို အောက်တိုဘာလ ၂၆ ရက်နေ့ မနက်ပိုင်းက ရက္ခိုင်စစ်တပ် (AA) က လာရောက် တိုက်ခဲ့သည့်အတွက် တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်တချို့ထိခိုက်ကျဆုံးမှု ရှိကြောင်း သတင်း ရရှိသည်။

ေသဆံုးခဲ့တဲ့ လူငယ္ႏွစ္ဦး အပါအဝင္ လူ ၁၅ ဦးေလာက္ကုိ တပ္မေတာ္က ေခၚေဆာင္သြားၿပီး AA နဲ႔ျဖစ္ၾက တဲ့ တိုက္ပဲြအတြင္း ေသဆံုးခဲ့တာလို႔ ေဒသခံေက်းရြာေတြက ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ၾကေပမယ့္ ဒါဟာ သူတို႔လက္ခ်က္ ေၾကာင့္ မဟုတ္ဘူးလို႔ တပ္မေတာ္ဘက္က ျငင္းဆန္ထားတာပါ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ဒီျဖစ္စဥ္ကို တပ္မေတာ္ဘက္က ျပန္လည္စံုစမ္းမႈေတြ လုပ္ေနတယ္လို႔ ျမန္မာစစ္တပ္ ေျပာခြင့္ရသူ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေဇာ္မင္းထြန္းက သတင္းစာရွင္း လင္းပဲြမွာ ေျပာခဲ့ပါတယ္။

Rohingya Muslims both in refugee camps in Bangladesh and in cities in Myanmar are raising humanitarian relief funds for Buddhist Rakhine people displaced by fighting in their northern Myanmar state, easing traditional hostility between the two ethnic groups, sources say.

Collected funds are going to provide refugees with shelter and food amid a surge of coronavirus infections in Rakhine state, where fighting between government troops and the ethnic Arakan Army (AA) has killed nearly 300 civilians and driven more than 220,000 from their homes since late 2018.

Naypyitaw — The Bangladeshi military has deployed troops in Cox’s Bazar District in southeastern Bangladesh along Myanmar’s border, according to Myanmar’s security sources.

The sources, who did not want to be named, reported seeing Division 10 along the border increasing in size since Sept. 25 with 155mm rocket launchers, shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missiles and anti-aircraft machine guns.

Myanmar’s military spokesman, Major General Zaw Min Tun, said Myanmar’s armed forces were taking action to maintain border security without affecting bilateral military relations.

BANGKOK – As long-anticipated international accountability measures for Myanmar gather pace, recent developments which at first seem to promise evidence for justice, on closer examination could potentially disrupt such investigations.

On September 8, the American nongovernmental organization Fortify Rights released a statement, in conjunction with the New York Times, of testimony by two Myanmar Army, or Tatmadaw, soldiers who claim to have perpetrated under military orders the murder of Rohingya Muslims in Rakhine state in 2017.

UNITED NATIONS (AP) — A majority of U.N. Security Council members called for an immediate halt to fighting between Myanmar government forces and the Arakan Army guerrilla force following a closed council meeting on the latest situation in the southeast Asian nation.

A joint statement from eight of the 15 council nations said the clashes in western Rakhine and Chin states are taking “a heavy toll” on local communities and risk escalating, and stressed that a halt to fighting is “even more urgent in light of the increased number of COVID-19 cases in Rakhine State.”

ဇူလိုင္လပထမႏွစ္ ပတ္တာကာလအတြင္း ရခိုင္ ျပည္နယ္ႏွင့္ ခ်င္းျပည္နယ္တြင္ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္စပ္လ်ဥ္း သည့္ ျပႆနာ ၂၁ ခု ျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့ၿပီး အ ၾကမ္းဖက္ တိုက္ဖ်က္ေရးဥပေဒ ျဖင့္ ၁၂ ဦးအမႈဖြင့္ခံရေၾကာင္း ျပည္ တြင္းလက္နက္ကိုင္ ပဋိပကၡ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ေလ့လာသည့္ Burma Monitor ၏ အခ်က္အလက္ မ်ားတြင္ ေဖာ္ ၿပသည္။

ၿပီးခဲ့သည့္ ဇူလိုင္လ လဝက္ တာကာလအတြင္း ရခိုင္ျပည္ နယ္တြင္ တိုက္ပြဲသိသိသာသာ ေလ်ာ့နည္းခဲ့ၿပီး လူ႔အခြင့္အေရး ဆိုင္ရာ ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္မႈမ်ား ပိုမိုမ်ား ျပားလာခဲ့သည္ဟု Burma Monitor ကဆိုသည္။ ဇူလိုင္ ၁ ရက္မွ ၁၅ ရက္အတြင္း ရခိုင္ ျပည္နယ္ ဘူးသီးေတာင္ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ရွိ ကထီးလွေက်းရြာ၊ ရေသ့ေတာင္ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ရွိ ကိုးတန္ေကာက္ရြာႏွင့္ ခ်ိန္ခါလီေက်းရြာတို႔တြင္ တပ္မ ေတာ္ႏွင့္ရခိုင္လက္နက္ကိုင္အဖြဲ႕ (AA)တို႔ တိုက္ပြဲ သုံးႀကိမ္ျဖစ္ပြား ခဲ့သည္။
